Police have arrested a man who threw a loaded gun on the ground following a traffic stop on South Union Avenue in Bakersfield. Officers say 26-year-old Andwele Shabazz was a passenger in a car that was pulled over Saturday night. He was arrested on several charges including resisting arrest.
