The coroner’s office has identified a man found lying on the ground near Kovacevich Park in Arvin as 32-year-old Dane Ducker. Police say he was shot sometime Saturday on Fifth Avenue near B Street and died early Sunday morning. Officers say there have been no arrests and no suspect information.
