A 45-year-old Lamont man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison for drug trafficking. Raymond Mireles Jr. was busted in an operation by the FBI Violent Crime Task Force and Bakersfield Police, he admitted to conspiring with others to distribute 500 grams of the crystal meth in Kern County and elsewhere.
