PRISON FOR DUI CRASH THAT KILLED TWO

The man who tested positive for alcohol and PCP after a fiery crash on Rosedale Highway has been convicted of two counts of murder. Dontrell Collins was seen jumping and screaming with excitement after the Labor Day weekend collision in 2014 that killed Pavinder Claire and Jacklyn Kvasnicka, his attorney says Collins is mentally ill. A third woman was burned that night before pulled from the wreckage by a bystander and a CHP officer. The victims were returning from a Bakersfield Blaze baseball game when their car was hit at 110mph.
