An 11-month-old baby is in critical condition after being found Wednesday afternoon in a bathtub on Northrup Street in east Bakersfield. Police were called just before 1:00 and the child was taken to Kern Medical but was unresponsive, then transferred to Children’s Hospital Central California in Madera.
