Bakersfield Police are looking for leads into a killing this summer that happened in front of Stiern Park. Investigators say 28-year-old Jesus Torres had suffered blunt force trauma when he was found inside his vehicle on Monitor Street the afternoon of August 30th, but there is no suspect information.
