A judge has ordered a June re-trial for two of three men convicted in the death of a Bakersfield woman outside a FoodsCo grocery store. Maxamillon McDonald and Lawrence Slaughter were found guilty in 2013 for the death of 72-year-old Guadalupe Ramos, however an appeals court overturned the verdicts for improper jury instructions.
