Bakersfield Police have arrested the man suspected of assaulting an employee at Pleasant View Baptist on South Haley Street and taking items from the church.

22-year-old Dillon Dabbs now also faces charges of resisting arrest and carjacking after police spotted him driving a stolen vehicle on Monterey Street around 7:40 Saturday night, then led them on a chase before crashing on Panorama Drive and Union Avenue.
