Kern County Firefighters are trying to figure out what sparked a fire that burned a mobile home in Lake Isabella and displaced its owner. It happened just before 5:00 Monday morning on Chain Avenue near Reeder Drive and caused $50-thousand worth of damage. Crews were able to protect a nearby structure.
