The Thomas Roads Improvement Program is expected to shut down the Truxtun Avenue Off-Ramp from the eastbound Westside Parkway starting at 9:00 Wednesday night. It’s needed to make adjustments to the temporary concrete barrier rail. Traffic will be diverted to Mohawk Street and should be open in time for the morning commute.
