Bakersfield Police say 21 people face state charges in connection with Operation Blind Mice, including attempted murder, weapons and grand theft. Tuesday’s raids targeting the West Side Crips gang also seized meth, crack cocaine, and several firearms.

Officers say at least 10 planned shootings and even more burglaries were stopped.
