Christmas has come early for nearly 140 Head Start students at the Harvey Hall Child Development Center in southwest Bakersfield. Individually wrapped presents were given to children ranging from newborns to five years-old. The event Thursday also featured Santa and his sleigh, hot cocoa, and holiday cookies.
