The Valley Air District has issued a health caution through Saturday for the entire San Joaquin Valley for gusty winds that could bring blowing dust. They say the gusts will be the strongest in the northern region and west of Highway 99. Particulate matter may aggravate people with respiratory issues, conditions may improve Sunday.
