The man charged with murder in the fatal shooting of another man in Heritage Park in northeast Bakersfield has pleaded not guilty. 19-year-old Guillermo Soto is accused in the death of Christopher Guadron and is facing attempted murder in the attack that also wounded a 17-year-old girl. He’s being held on $2-million bail.
