The Mission at Kern County is hosting their annual community Christmas meal starting at 11:00 Saturday morning. Organizers say the event usually falls on Christmas Eve and decided on December 23rd instead. They hope the change will allow them to serve more people at their headquarters on east 21st Street in Bakersfield.
