Former First Lady Laura Bush is expected to appear in Bakersfield in February at a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County. Organizers say the event at the Fairgrounds will feature a seated dinner and sponsorship opportunities start at $2,500 and go up to $50,000.
