Kern County prosecutors are investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting by Delano police. Officers say it happened Sunday morning after they checked a suspicious car near Norwalk Street and 22nd Avenue and the suspect drove towards one of the officers. A second suspect was caught in a nearby home, two officers are on administrative leave.
