UPDATE: Police say Mr. Salgado was located January 3rd unharmed.

Bakersfield police are looking for a 78-year-old man considered at risk due to a medical condition. Officers say Louis Salgado was reported missing the day after Christmas and was possibly seen the next day near Ming Avenue and Ashe Road.
