A man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine to drug dealers and users in Kern County and elsewhere. Federal prosecutors say 44-year-old Alfonso Rios-Ayon and two others were busted after agents conducted a controlled purchase of nearly 30 pounds of drugs in June 2016.
