Bakersfield police have arrested a man connected to the shooting outside the Westfair Lounge on Wible Road that left two men dead. Sergeant Ryan Kroeker says 24-year-old Terrance Wiley is accused of gunning down 52-year-old Bruce Hollis January 6th after officers say Hollis killed 41-year-old Charles Tomlin. They died that night, Wiley was already in custody when an additional murder charge was added.
