Two men have been arrested after they were pulled over on Highway 65 in north Bakersfield with a body in the passenger seat. Deputies say 24-year-old Ben Barness and 39-year-old Manpreet Sidhu of Los Angeles were booked on suspicion of murder, conspiracy, and possession of a stolen car. The victim’s name has not been released.
