The coroner’s office has identified a man killed in a one-car rollover crash on Browning Road north of Elmo Highway as 34-year-old Ines Basurto of McFarland. The CHP is investigating what caused him to lose control of the vehicle Monday night, officers say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
