Bakersfield Police say the woman who sent a malicious letter about the Voorhies Elementary School principal is Elvia Duenas. The letter sent to parents in November alleged Erick Casallas was gay and glad to be around little boys, but it was immediately discounted.

Duenas coached students in English language skills. She faces charges March 16th for petty theft and misdemeanor embezzlement.
