A judge has pushed back the case against the man accused of shooting at Bakersfield Heart Hospital to next month. Brandon Clark faces 15 felony charges from the December 1st incident. He pleaded not guilty from his hospital room and has been there since police shot him. He’s expected in court February 9th.
