The man accused of killing another driver in a head-on DUI crash on Taft Highway has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. Bakersfield Police believe Carlos Garcia drifted into oncoming traffic near Stine Road last July and hit 25-year-old Francisco De La Cruz. Garcia pleaded no contest to a DUI six years ago.
