The man charged in the shooting death of another man outside the Red Zone bar in south Bakersfield has pleaded not guilty to one count of murder. Luis Pineda of Lamont is accused in the attack of Christopher Rodriguez after a confrontation in the parking lot. He’s due back in court March 14th.
