The coroner’s office has identified a man found shot to death inside a room at the Gateway Inn on Union Avenue as 20-year-old Ian Reed of Bakersfield. Police say he was one of two men killed at that location Friday in a span of 17 hours. The other victim was 31-year-old Albert Laushaul and there have been no arrests.
