A Bakersfield mother whose son died under suspicious circumstances has pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter and child cruelty. Alexis Dixon originally said four-year-old Markey got a head injury and scratches after falling from a table in their trailer on Stockdale Highway and Enos Lane eight years ago. Sentencing is March 6th.
