Two men have been arrested for killing another man outside an Internet casino in southeast Bakersfield.

Deputies say Victor Nunez and Fernando Rojas shot 26-year-old Brandon Ellington February 3rd on South Union Avenue and Price Street, but have not said what the motive was or how they knew each other.
