A grocery store impacted by a damaged water line on Panama Lane in southwest Bakersfield has reopened. A boil water notice was lifted for the Winco Monday morning and several restaurants including McDonald’s and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit were given permission to serve customers. Public Health Services says they were closed since Friday night.
