Two men suspected of a deadly shooting outside an Internet casino on South Union Avenue in Bakersfield have appeared in court but did not enter pleas to one count of first-degree murder. Fernando Rojas and Victor Nunes are accused in the death of 26-year-old Brandon Ellington, They are due back in court next week.
