Bakersfield police say three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of three-year-old Major Sutton. 21-year-old Tyrone Johnson, 19-year-old David Palms and 29-year-old Myeisha Dale were booked Friday morning on suspicion of murder and conspiracy. The boy was killed on Pershing Street in November.
