Police are looking for a hit and run driver who struck and killed a pedestrian outside of a crosswalk on Ming Avenue near Akers Road in south Bakersfield. Officers say it happened around 6:15 Wednesday night and it’s believed he was hit first by a possible blue Chevy pickup and another vehicle moments later.
