Shafter Police and the Kern High School District are investigating an online post threatening “a shooting at SHS” that has spooked parents and students at Shafter High School. The message from a person calling himself “Ray Andres” appears to be a hoax that started in Ohio then was sent to police departments in several states after it went viral.
