The sheriff’s office is looking for additional leads in the disappearance of a Bakersfield woman reported missing in the Kern River Canyon. Deputies are searching for 37-year-old Shayla Wingle who planned to attend Whiskey Flat Days over the weekend. Her husband Brandon was the last person known to have seen her.
