A third suspect has been arrested for murder for the stabbing of a concert-goer outside the Fox Theater in Bakersfield. Police found Joel Rodriguez Thursday night on Mt. Vernon Avenue and Niles Street. They are also looking for a fourth man named Heralcio Ugues in connection with Sunday’s incident that killed 19-year-old Kasey Villegas.He is described as 36 years old, 5’7″ tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
