One of four men suspected in the killing of a 19-year-old man outside the Fox Theater in Bakersfield has appeared in court but did not enter a plea to one count of murder. 26-year-old Joel Rodriguez was also arrested on conspiracy and gang charges last week. Kasey Villegas was killed following a concert earlier this month.
