A Delano man has been arrested accused of stealing a $60,000 John Deere tractor from a shop yard near Highway 99 and Countyline Road. The Sheriff’s office in Tulare says 41-year-old Alejandro Carrillo was booked after detectives determined the machine was going to be stripped for parts. It was returned to the owner.
