Three women have been cited and three Oildale massage parlors have been shut down after deputies were propositioned during an undercover sting.

Monday’s operation at Sunflower Massage, Sweet Asian Massage and New Oriental Massage is the second in a month under the county’s new ordinance that regulates those businesses to fight human trafficking.
