The man charged with shooting another man during a fight in Oildale has pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter.

Paul Parra was arrested by a Sheriff’s SWAT team in August 2014 for killing Keith Hurst on Woodrow Avenue and Sequoia Drive a few days before. Sentencing is April 10th.
