Delano Police Chief Jerry Nicholson says the department is not working with federal immigration agents.

The chief says in a Facebook post that the rumors started flying following recent raids across California, but he clarified that Delano Police equipment and uniforms have never been used by ICE. Nicholson also says they do not arrest anyone based on immigration status.
