Kern High School District trustees are redrawing their voting districts before a planned lawsuit could be filed. The Dolores Huerta Foundation accused the district of gerrymandering the lines to exclude Latinos, which the district denies.

Monday night’s decision comes shortly after County Supervisors lost a similar lawsuit.
