The charges against a former Bakersfield bar owner accused of molesting a child may be changed. Attorneys for Frank Sanchez say some counts against him overlap and should be thrown out.

Sanchez operated The Green Room downtown until a woman came forward last year and accused him of sexually abusing her starting when she was five-years-old.
