The DA’s Office has sent the case of a woman suspected of stabbing another woman to death outside a Bakersfield coffee shop back to police for further review. Miranda Garcia, 21, is the only suspect in attack Friday night outside Dagny’s on 20th and Eye Streets, near the end of First Friday activities.
