A Fresno businessman has announced plans to run against incumbent Congressman David Valadao, whose 21st Congressional District includes parts of Kern County. A news release from TJ Cox criticizes the Hanford Republican for ignoring the needs of his constituents by voting with President Trump “98-percent of the time” on issues like health care and cutting taxes for the rich.
