One of the men pulled over on Highway 65 in north Bakersfield with a dead man in the passenger seat has been sentenced to three years probation. Ben Barness of Los Angeles pleaded no contest to possession of a stolen vehicle for the January incident, Manpreet Sidhu was arrested on murder and conspiracy charges.
