Police are searching for a man who was caught on security camera walking up to a southwest Bakersfield home with a rifle.

The suspect looked into a window near the front door of the house on Stonethwaite Lane south of Ming Avenue early Wednesday morning before he ran away.

The suspect is described as between 20 and 25-years-old and wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and pants.
