A man has been arrested for severely injuring another pickup driver during a suspected DUI crash in north Bakersfield. The CHP says 23-year-old Emilio Tellez slammed into the back of the victim’s car on 7th Standard Road near Broken Court Tuesday morning, which sent the man into a power pole.
