A Delano man has been sentenced to 105-years-to-life in prison for shooting another man multiple times. Robert Dominguez stole his ex-wife’s handgun before murdering Victor Palomo on Fremont and 12th streets last year, then forced the victim’s girlfriend to the ground and threatened to kill her if she went to the police.
