A man and a woman who died in a car crash in Delano were trying to outrun immigration agents, who’ve made a series of recent raids targeting farmworkers. Police say the crash was 7:00 Tuesday morning on West Cecil Avenue near Albany Street when the SUV hit a power pole and flipped.
